Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW PRIOR TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
At your first appointment please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier, bringing any necessary information regarding your previous medical history including any reports of imaging that may be relevant.
Regarding attire, wearing loose clothing that you feel comfortable in would be suitable.
DO YOU ACCEPT PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE?
We accept all health funds for physiotherapy and exercise physiology, and the majority of health funds for massage therapy. Please bring your health fund card with you to each appointment so we can help you claim on the spot.
WHAT OTHER REFERRAL SCHEMES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We also accept Compulsory Third Party (CTP), WorkCover, NDIS, Medicare and DVA claims.
ONLINE BOOKING DOESN’T HAVE THE APPOINTMENT/CLASS I WANT.
Please call us at (02) 9949 7651 so that we can assist you in making your booking. We have many different types of appointments/classes, so to avoid confusing and clustering the online booking process, not all types of appointments/exercise classes are available online.
ARE YOU ABLE TO DO A HOME VISITS?
Yes, we are happy to perform a home visit to anyone within the Northern Beaches.
We currently service: Mosman, Balgowlah, Manly, Manly Vale, Allambie Heights, Brookvale, French's Forest and more.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
