Dean Watson, a prominent Australian Physiotherapist, developed specialised manual therapy-based treatments for cervicogenic headaches, which stem from the neck or cervical spine. Known as the “Watson Headache Approach” or “Watson Technique”, research and clinical studies have shown that this approach can be effective for treating these types of headaches.

Our trained Physiotherapists use manual therapy and specific cervical spine movements to identify and treat dysfunctions contributing to headaches. They use techniques to address nerve involvement and to help manage irritation or compression linked to headache symptoms.
