Run by our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, the circuit-style classes include strength, impact, core and balance exercises to train the whole body. An initial assessment will be required before joining Osteocise where your DEXA scan will be reviewed and measurements taken of your current strength and abilities. The exercises are then tailored according to your individual needs and abilities.
