Teen Strength

Teen Strength classes are designed specifically for high-schoolers and focus on developing safe, effective movement skills. Led by our Exercise Physiologist, these classes teach proper lifting technique, coordination, and core strength while building overall strength and confidence. Programs are tailored to the individual to improve movement quality, support physical development, and reduce the risk of injury. For sport-focused adolescents, training can also be tailored to enhance athletic performance, including speed, power, and strength relevant to their chosen sport.
